The Facility

Endless Summer Farms LLC has an 8,536 square foot facility located on 0.97 acre in the Eco-Business park in the city of Silver Bay, MN USA.

Silver Bay is situated about 50 miles northeast of the Duluth, MN area and approximately 200 miles north of the Twin Cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis, MN.

The site is zoned light industrial/commercial for greenhouse/hydroponics use and is visible to traffic traveling along State Highway 61, the main thoroughfare along the west side of Lake Superior

Minnesota State Highway 61 (aka the "North Shore Drive") has approximately 10,000 vehicles passing by per day in this area. 

3,256 square feet of the building is a well insulated wood framed steel-siding structure with 10-1/2ft. ceilings, city utilities, floor drains, natural gas and 2 wood pellet boilers, on-demand water heater, all constructed to commercial standards. Full set of blueprints and operational manuals available. 

The remaining 5,368 square feet of the facility is an aluminum and polycarbonate greenhouse with 12 foot sidewalls and automated louvers. There are 10 hydroponic recirculating deep water culture growing beds in the greenhouse with approximately 2100 feet growing area. The process water is also heated by the natural gas boiler and 2 wood-pellet boilers.​
